I started Lafayette + Ocean because I saw an opportunity to approach male creator representation differently.

After nearly 40 years in public relations, brand strategy, and partnerships, I know how to build visibility. I also know that visibility alone doesn't build a business.

Creators bring ideas, expertise, and cultural influence to the table. Their representation should help them turn that value into something they own.
